The panel will consist of New York State Historian Devin Lander, Ulster County Historian Eddie Moran, and D&H Canal Historical Society Curator/Historian Bill Merchant. Marist University’s Dr. Frank T. Bumpus Chair in Hudson River Valley History and HRVI Director Thomas Wermuth will moderate the panel.
