This informative and intriguing event will focus on the wide range of opportunities and challenges facing the Hudson River Valley history community in the 2020s and beyond. The panel will consist of New York State Historian Devin Lander, Ulster County Historian Eddie Moran, and D&H Canal Historical Society Curator/Historian Bill Merchant. Marist University’s Dr. Frank T. Bumpus Chair in Hudson River Valley History and HRVI Director Thomas Wermuth will moderate the panel. This discussion will be important for historians, museum professionals, and their visitors and guests alike!
